Vendor Registration Form 2010

Greetings!  It’s that time of year again when we all begin to plan for the 2010 conference season.  The Michigan Health Sciences Libraries Association would like vendors to be part of our annual conference.  The MHSLA 2010 conference will be held on the campus of Michigan State University from October 13^th through October  15^th at the Kellogg Hotel and Conference Center.  Thursday, October 14^th has been designated the day for vendors to exhibit.

Our theme is “Healthy Libraries 2010.” I would like to take this opportunity to invite exhibitors to the conference and let you know what we have planned:

• Increased visibility – The 2010 conference will feature vendors prominently in the middle of the action allowing them to interact with attendees more than past conferences.  Exhibits will be located in the same conference areas as breaks and meals, increasing you exposure to attendees.
• Multiple sponsored activities – Sponsored activities allow you to spread you message further!  There will be opportunities to sponsor breaks, “Lunch and Learn” sessions, and other contributions.
• Attend all conference sessions – Exhibitors will be able to register for the entire 2010 conference and attend all sessions.
• Promote your products before you exhibit -  Vendors are welcome to contribute advertising brochures for inclusion in attendee packets.  We also
  encourage vendors to contribute something for our raffle drawing.
• Our conference attendees want to meet you! – The annual MHSLA conference is the only conference many of our members and other regional librarians attend.  The manageable size of this conference allows you more one-on-one time with current and future customers than at other conferences.

Prices for participating in 2010 MHSLA conference will remain consistently low as they have in the past and are listed on the accompanying Vendor Registration Form.
